Here are some simple things and favorite things that I am very thankful for...
- showers, especially hot ones
- opening a pack of gum....mmmm.
- iPods
- technical support
- a clean room
- freeways
- advil
- gatorade
- relief shifts that show up on time ready to work
- uniforms
- hand soap
- triage
- ice cream...especially mint chocolate chip
there are lots more...but thats a start

Hey Liz,
I can relate to most of the things you listed, though not some (technical support and uniform would be off my list:)). I'm also thankful for beds and blankets, I don't know why but when I think of things I'm thankful for that usually come to mind first. Maybe because it's humbling to think of having children and not having beds and blankets for them. Like in a movie I recently say, Angela's Ashes...if you have time, please see it. After that we'll both be saying that having anything is a WONDERFUL, GENEROUS gift from our God. It's great to hear from you. Love, Ivana
